Problem matching ground control points to detected markers

Hi! I’m having issues matching the ground control points to the detected markers.
In order to geo-reference the model we placed markers and measured their latitude, longitude and altitude.
We imported the GPS data as ground control points in RC and they look correct in the map view.
We imported all the pictures and detected the markers: they are detected with different names, so we dragged and dropped the pics from the detected marker to the right ground control point.
By matching all the control points the alignment fails.
By matching just some of them the model looks correct but the ground control points appear shifted.

Does anyone of you ever had this problem?

Every suggestion is very welcome!
Thanks!

Hello @Sartrec
It seems like you still have two types of the points in your dataset (as I can see your name and also the coded name).
Can you try to let RealityCapture find the coded targets, then you can rewrite the names to wanted ones, then import the GCP file and then align your project again?
