there is serious situation iv stuck in lately ,
i have PC with RTX 4080 with 16gb of VRAM , and 32 GB of Ram .
when i try to render high resoulotion Sequences even with just only 1 frame ( just picture)
pc will FREEZE . and nor mouse nand keybords work . so i have to restart the pc .
i had this problem with Twin motion too . before freezing i saw in Task manager that my GPU is 30 % used ( for 16k rendering) and my ram is 99% .
and my question is here should i upgrade my ram to 128 GB ?

Improving your total ram would definitely let you create high quality movie renders faster, but more than likely the build time will take quite a while still (though much shorter in comparison to what you have.) If cinematic/Epic is the settings you need to go with, that is definitely an option.
Another option is to reduce the render quality some as @AreWeGaming suggested as that will definitely reduce render times.

actually the time does not matter in this situation , in 4k every frame take 10 sec to render but on 16k pc will crash at first frame , after couple of seconds . and in task managar in last seconds i saw my ram is 99 % and then boom.

That is pretty hefty. If you are crashing from the load and compromising down to 4k is not an option, I don’t see other options besides upping your specs (possibly including the VRam if the issue persists after a RAM upgrade) or setting up some kind of render farm. There may be another solution or workaround that one of the brilliant minds in the community has, but as far as I am currently aware one of these may be your best bet:

Thank you so much . i saw that the problem is in renderig panaromatic frames , which is too heavy . i can render 8k movies with my current settings . but thank u so much for your help and support .
