Problem download object

Hello,
problem with the twinmotion when i will download a object i get download error, please retry, i have log out and back again log in but nothing helps i hope for help and can fix it thanks by advance

I’m having the same issue. All downloadable assets in any category have the same problem.

Same here unable to download any twinmotion library assets, but seem to be able to download megascans ones OK. Anyone got a fix, tried rebooting but still not working.

Please, can you retry? An issue as just been solved concerning those ‘download errors’

how the same thing happens and it’s been days! I updated today to the latest version and I still can’t download any texture or object from the library!
Please, can anyone help me!?

sometime updating requires to log completly out of the Epic account, and relog in.
can you do the following:

  • be sure to close any instance of Twinmotion
  • launch your Epic Game launcher
  • go in the bottom left corner, and sign out
    image
  • then, sign in again
  • Now, launch Twinmotion
  • in the top left corner, click on ‘sign out’

  • and then go again in the top left corner, and ‘sign in’
  • It will launch this popup in your web browser:

  • click confirm
  • go back in TM, and wait a bit until you have the confirmation window

then try to download cloud assets. It should be OK

Did you try to log out and then in, like described?
it did not solved you issue?

i’m having the same issue, quixel is not downloading any objects, yet sketchfab and substance work perfectly.

i’ve been facing this problem too for a month now!
we all need a solution because our work been delayed for too long now!
i can’t downloud anything from megascans
