Summary
New bug as of 39.4: All islands show a “start match” UI for all users, even if a custom code is not inputted.
PS: In the event of a custom code inputted in the past, only the party leader / host should see this UI.

Steps to Reproduce
Queue into any UEFN map.
Expected Result
A map should be queued into without having to click the start match UI, this UI was not here in previous updates (39.3)
Observed Result
You will see the ‘start match’ ui as soon as you queue into the map and it gets baked/downloaded.
This should not be the case, it should start without having to click a button.
