Summary
My fortnite island ranking in its genre has not been updating and was last updating on 31st july and it is 6th august at the time of this report i need help to get my maps rankings in its primary genre to continue updating hourly as usual as this is affecting my maps place on discovery my island code for the map is 5336-3056-8899. i have already tried multiple steps to fix this issue including submitting tickets with epic and updating my island but nothing seems to be working.
