Previewing the VR Template on the Quest 3 causes it to jitter - UE 5.4

I created a new project in UE 5.4 using the VR Template and ran a preview on my Quest 3. The app loaded correctly, but every time I teleported or turned myself around, the edges started to pixalate and look jittery. Even the grabbable objects were not firmly stable and keep moving.

Any idea why this could be happening and if there is a solution to it?

That’s typically what happens when either PC/Editor performance is low, or the Link connection has low bandwidth (whether it’s poor wifi bandwidth w. wireless Link, or a cable that can’t handle the high data load such as a regular USB-C cable)

After I packaged the app into an .apk and sideloaded it, and it worked just fine on the headset.
It might have been the Wi-Fi connection with Air Link.
