'Preview Rendering Level' has no option for OpenGL ES 3.1

Hi,

I’m currently trying out Android in UE4 for the first time.
I can successfully build and package the third person example game onto my Android phone.

However, I can not seem to change the Preview Rendering Level in editor.
As suggested on step 4 here:

What I can see is this:

I can however, launch PIE as Mobile Preview ES3.1.

I can use Shader Model 5 for now, but it would be best if the editor preview would represent my mobile game better.
