Presenter is output and crashes when opening-> EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000101

Hello, I could not solve this error below, I am also giving feedback about the error code. There is no problem in my project file and video-image exports, but this error constantly pops up when opening the presenter export. How can I solve it?

Twinmotion Presenter outputs very fast, the file size is always the same 3.70gb but should be more. Is there something I'm doing wrong somewhere?

Hi ,

Could you please submit a bug report here and share a copy of the Twinmotion file you created the Presentation from packaged using the Resource Collector (Edit menu > Resource Collector > Compress files) and the exported Presentation that crashes? Our support team will need these files to investigate this crash.
