Preroll particle effects

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to ‘preroll’ particle effects in Niagara?
I have several smoke effects in a scene and am rendering a cinematic.

Whenever I render the particle systems are just initializing and end up hardly rendering.

Yes, that is possible in Niagara, but your Emitter’s Sim Target must be set to CPU for some reason.

Then go to your System Properties and search for Warmup Time:
