Prefab nesting and prefab override indicator not making sense & causing engine to crash & breaking prefab update pipeline

Summary

When nesting prefabs the blue override indicator should only show up when the prefab has been altered from its defining prefab settings. But when nesting prefabs multiple times, the override indicator is shown, even though the setting was not changed, eg. a position or rotation value. Even the undo arrow is shown without changing anything.

Also, when trying to clear the unwanted overrides, saving the prefab crashes the editor.

!!!Also, the prefab update pipeline is interrupted by the wrongly assigned overrides. Prefab changes won’t get propagated anymore!!!

Steps to Reproduce

Follow the prefab nested prefab setup shown in the images.
Total:
-3 prefab assets all nested in each other

Expected Result

The blue indicator should only show if something from the added prefab was overridden

Observed Result

The blue indicator shows, even though nothing was changed except adding the prefab
