Prefab Entities can't be added to folders in the Outliner

Summary

I was surprised to find that SceneGraph Prefab assets can’t be placed into folders in the Outliner. The error is “Entities can only be children of other entities”.

I was under the impression that folders in the Outliner were a purely organizational structure, and not something that actually puts the assets in a different hierachy.

The issue I have now is that every placed Prefab entities I have just lives in the base folder of my project’s Outliner and I have no way to organize them except to put them under another entity. This might be a solution, but it goes against the UX of the Outliner in my opinion.

Seconding this problem, I’ve run into the issue as well. Sometimes I need to group entities visually for organization and matching them under another entity would affect actual behavior.

This is one of the main things keeping me from using Scene Graph
