Precision Air Strike no longer works in v38.10

Summary

As of the v38.10 Content Update, the Precision Air Strike item no longer functions correctly.

When trying to Charge the Item, it doesn’t fire the laser and the charge progress never increases, essentially leaving it to do nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place an Item Spawner
  2. Drop a Precision Air Strike into it
  3. Start Game
  4. Pick up the Precision Air Strike
  5. Observe you cannot fire the item

Expected Result

The Precision Air Strike should project a laser beam that when fully charged, activates the Item as intended.

Observed Result

The Precision Air Strike doesn’t project it’s laser beam, preventing it charging.
