Potential bug with scenegraph mesh_component and shadows

Summary

I am spawning a entity at runtime and using a ref to a static mesh all via verse. When i spawn the mesh_component and add to the scene its always got a shadow even though the static mesh has it disabled in the materials ect

Steps to Reproduce

Add a entity with mesh_component to the world at runtime and ref a static mesh with shadows turned off

Expected Result

The mesh shouldnt have any shadows

Observed Result

When spawning it has shadows enabled for some reason

I dnt see the need to share code/snips ect as i feel its simple to repro but if any assistance is needed please ask.
