Potential bug - Renaming a child asset changes the location depending on what transform you have enable World/Local

Summary

I came across something i am unsure if its intended but from my view this seems incorrect anyways if you have a asset attached to something then rename the asset it can change location as seen in the video if you have world transform enabled

I Duplicated the hierarchy of a folder and then needed to rename the assets to reflex what they now are and this is when i noticed the issue. Again i personally think this is a bug as i dnt believe renaming a asset should change the location either way

Expected Result

I dnt think it should change locations of any asset when you rename said asset

Observed Result

It can change locations
