Post process( night vision)

Hello
I have a question about this tutorial Post Process Materials in Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.1 Documentation
I`ve achive nice night vision effect as explainted in tutorial.
I am currios is it possible to isolate the effect only where I need it? I am having an sniper scope and I want to isolate post process effect around scope cylinder only

If you download the 2014 features demo and open the M_ScenePost_01 material that will show you how to achieve what you want, with a bit of tweeking you can end up with a material like this that you just put on any ordinary mesh
