Post process material jitter

I’m having issues with jitter when using a post processing material. I understand that this is due to the temporal anti-aliasing and assumed that I could solve it by selecting ‘before tonemapping’ in the post processing material’s blendable location setting, but this doesn’t seem to help.

Are there any other settings that I could try? I’d much rather stick with TAA if possible because it works well with the nature of the scene in other respects.
