Applying a post process, in this case PP_Frost, does not work in a build but does work when launching through the editor.

Steps to Reproduce
- Set up something to activate PP_Frost using a post process device via Blend In for Instigator. I used a simple button.
- Test in editor by Launching Session. Notice the post process working.
- Launch a public or private build via Fortnite. Notice PP_Frost does not display.
Expected Result
I would expect the functionality to be the same regardless of how I launch the game.
Observed Result
The PP_Frost post processing does not display from a build (through Fortnite)
