Post Process Device not working in Fortnite but works in editor session.

Summary

Applying a post process, in this case PP_Frost, does not work in a build but does work when launching through the editor.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set up something to activate PP_Frost using a post process device via Blend In for Instigator. I used a simple button.
  2. Test in editor by Launching Session. Notice the post process working.
  3. Launch a public or private build via Fortnite. Notice PP_Frost does not display.

Expected Result

I would expect the functionality to be the same regardless of how I launch the game.

Observed Result

The PP_Frost post processing does not display from a build (through Fortnite)
