That is because the bug tracker probably made two internal tickets instead of only one (991248 and 991249), then it closed the second one to keep just the first. (It closed the XXX9 but kept the XXX8 opened)

This is something internal and not related to the forum post itself, so you should not need to worry much about that…

Only problem is that as the OP, I have no way of knowing the current state of the issue and neither myself or others can add information to the topic. It appears as if the issue is completely closed out.
