Post-5.6 update, cannot get rid of MetaSound node errors

We just updated to 5.6 and all of our MetaSound Sources that use MSP nodes inside have a couple of nodes appearing in red and as errors.

The MSPs don’t actually have these inputs anymore, yet they’re still appearing on the MSS. I’ve even gone ahead and re-saved all the MSPs multiple times (added test input, then deleted). That has fixed a bunch of MetaSounds, but unfortunately not all. We have probably over a thousand MSS so it’s not really possible for us to go into every one of the manually. Seems like a bug.

Is there any way to fix this?
