This bug seems to be triggered randomly by Directory Searches in the Outliner or by Changing Materials on Assets.
Expected Result
Not Crashing and Causing a crash loop on project open.
Observed Result
Deleting D3DS Cache and UE Derived Data Cache helps, but this is a constant re-occurring issue since the most recent update.
