[Possible Bug] Spline Mesh BP Material gone in Packaged Project.

Hi i made a spline Mesh Blueprint following this tutorial: UE4 Tutorial: Add spline-meshes procedurally - YouTube
it has all the materials etc applied to it but when i open up the packaged version of the project there is no material applied. In ‘PIE’ and ‘Launch’ the material is there. its just in the packaged version the material is gone. Is there a workaround or fix for this?

wanted to bump this, have a big project that I can’t complete because of this problem, using 4.20.1. I have a river spline material that disappears once packaged, with the output log error message ‘failed to compile material for platform pcd3d_sm4’ when compiling for windows 64bit

trying to bump this because its been a year and im having this same problem in 4.23 and its driving me mad.

You may need to enable ‘Used with Spline Meshes’ in your material.

Yeah I’ve tried checking that and the mat is set to use with spline meshes. So that’s no the problem.

Any word on the fix for this? Im having this invisible character problem myself.
