Since 38.00 the popup description has a srcoll bar, before it did not have it and showd all my 6 lines.

Sounds like a new ui feature in the works
Should be an easy workaround for you atleast but yea its poor when random things in games change and you didnt do anything

There’s no work around for this
FORT-1030080 is ‘Closed’ as ‘Fixed’. The issue will be addressed in 41.00.
