Pop up dialogue device does not let me exit the description box after opening it no matter what is pressed. also does not allow the description box to be typed in.

Steps to Reproduce
going into the pop up dialogue device and opening the description setting inside this device, then try typing in the description box or exiting the setting and it will not let you.
Expected Result
the device will not let you exit and will keep displaying the description box setting, not letting the user leave or type.
