I’m getting fairly low render quality when running a project on Vision Pro device – low resolution (not retina, maybe 1/2 pixel density), antialiasing is somewhat poor especially around the edges between passthrough and rendered content, FPS is 30-40 on a very simple scene representing basic room with four walls.
Using UE 5.5.2 built from source code, Vision Pro with VisionOS 2.2, using default VR blueprint project with forward rendering and with modified UESwift file to enable mixed reality mode.
I’ve played with custom device profile to try and boost scalability settings to Epic but result is still fairly poor, the only antialiasing I was able to get to not crash is MSAA 4x.
Anyone had luck with getting deferred rendering to work without crashing? Any tips on render settings to make image quality better and closer to what Vision OS is capable of when rendering USDZ assets natively?
