Every time I try to import a wav sound effect I’m facing the quality loss. The audio quality is noticeably worse than the reference. I think it’s because of compression. I don’t know how to fix that.

The only thing I can think of is that your sample rate (<Great info in this thread) is not a recommended value.

Thanks for quick response. But what if occurs because of compression quality? which is, in fact only 40 out of 100. Can you please say how to change it?

It looks like if you open up the SoundWave in UE you can change that compression number.
It actually solved the problem 
Note: The sample rate may also be issue, due to little mismatch, although my sample rate is set on 192000Hz, but it’s too unremarkable.
P.S: sample rate quality > Match Device setting solves the sample rate issue.
