POM looks weird

I Setup the POM material the way ist showed in this tutorial: A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums
But it won’t look as good as in the tutorial, in fact it looks very weird like you are looking through a net.

This picture is from a landscape but it looks the same on static meshes, disabling shadows helps a but but is not removing this completely.
