Polyarc visionOS Fork is Out

The Polyarc fork is out. You need to build a custom engine but worth trying out. See the docs below for full list of performance changes. Seems like there is even 1ms more left on the table that could be improved further. @VictorLerp I don’t know how much contact you have with those but it would be really nice if these improvements have a plan to be rolled into the mainline. It seems like some of these improvements actually would help other non-visionOS platforms as well (related to tiled renderers and skipping lots of extra buffer copies which add a lot of overhead).

FYI @VictorLerp that there is now an PR to mainline the changes! I hope they are in direct contact with someone at Epic but here is the PR link in case you can help get it to the right people. This fork works amazingly and it would be awesome to have it as part of the official build going forward as it really does fix pretty much all the core vision pro rendering issues and make UE5 usable there: https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine/pull/14640.
