Point Lights with Volumetric Fog visible through geometry

At first thought a light leak issue but discovered if I disabled my Volumetric Fog (on Exponential height Fog) the problem goes away.

Is there any way to have my Point Lights influence the fog without also passing through the surrounding geometry?

Any feedback appreciated!

Same issue with spot lights in UE5.

Edit : I played with the scattering distribution, fixed it by lowering the value.
