i have the exact same issue.

i am on mac, the plugin says itās only for windows but it works on mac completely the same way, all i have to do is compile it myself (after adding āMacā to the platforms list)
the developer hasnāt responded so im not sure what i need to do in order to get this back in my project but itās caused quite a few issues with many things being broken due to this.
any resolution would be nice, thanks

I knew that it was a mistake to start our project in Unreal Engine as soon as I realized how laggy and buggy everything starting from the Epic Games UI wasā¦
Shouldāve gone with anything else but Unreal Engine. Every step we take, we encounter issues such as this one. However, itās good that we realized how unreliable UE and Epic is from start. Wonāt be too hard to migrate the rest of our projects to Unity etc. before things get paying.

Itās really mind-blowing how Epic Games is totally ignoring this critical bug with that you canāt use plugins system. People spend money and time to get nothing.

Just updated to 5.5.1 today and the Metahuman Plugin shows the same error message.
