Players Unable to Load Game on Console or Mobile

Summary

Players are unable to load in to Dress Up (3991-1046-3772) on any platform other than PC. Attempting to load into the game results in an infinite “Downloading screen”.

There is no logs or error messages provided as the game just downloads forever.

  1. Try to play Dress Up (island code 3991-1046-3772) on a console or mobile device
  2. The island will infinitely be stuck on “Downloading”

Expected Result

Console and Mobile players should be able to play the island

Observed Result

Console and Mobile players can not play the island

Update [fixed] in UK 6th August working on Android and Nintendo switch 1
Working well. Like the uniqueness of the game

my error is a matchmaking error. Number 2 failed to load Required content before starting

FORT-947020 has been ‘Closed’. The issue reported is not caused by a bug in the tool.
