Players freeze in specific parts of my map for 3-10 seconds

Summary

Players freeze in specific parts of my map for 3-10 seconds. There are no devices or anything special happening in those specific areas. Only the player entering those areas freeze while others are unaffected, you will only ever freeze once and after that you can move through the area just fine. I’ve optimized the map to the best of my knowledge and this only recently started happening without me making any visual changes to the map.

If you are using hlods id try deleting and rebuilding them

you have item placers in your map?
same issue is happening in my maps, not sure if item placers are the reason
