I’ve problem: i can’t to launch session in UEFN. What i can to do?

Same here! Since approximately v. 40.0 (or a bit later) - only private test code is possible for playtest :slightly_frowning_face: (and there is another problem… the Fortnite-client doesn`t update a new private test code during session - so I have to end Fortnite client and start again for evry change I push…[very laborious everything :confused: ])

Okay, and how i can to connect with this private code?

1.) You have to create a test-team (can also be you alone) in your creator portal → You`ll get an uniqe playtest-code

2.) Click in UEFN on “project → upload in the private version”

3.) When upload is finished enable the new test version in the created test-team

4.) Open Fortnite, scroll a bit down and enter your uniqie playtest-code (not the private test code generatet from UEFN !) and push the Enter button

5.) Now you can play(test) your map in a similar environment as a published map (Don`t worry, nobody can see or test it - only the test team)

It seems that Epic changed sth. in the live edit lauch process in the today`s update… I was at least able to get a live edit session to work. let’s see how stable it is now… :folded_hands:

I haven’t published a map yet - I’m still working on my first project (probably finished by the end of this summer :smiling_face_with_sunglasses::victory_hand: ) - but if you absolutely need the live edit for memory calculation, that would of course be a big problem!

hi @FedorOrehshek . all there is a known with Valkyrie Beacon problem in 41.00 notes which has just fixed another persons problem

There not fix, i again gets an errora: “Failed to connect to beacon”

then try going into Fortnite setting and change the matchmaking region to NA-Central (NC) from EU restart Fortnite check region again and then try using UEFN. This sometimes works especially for N Switch 1 instead of EUR Europe.

My map starts after the update now sometimes in teams and the round finised, when just two persons are on the map. It is free for all and no teams are in the settings. I works fine since weeks but after the update yesterday I have this problem. Any ideas. The support can not help-

I gets this error again. Changing of region in Fortnite don’t touch UEFN. Thanks for trying of help
