Players are suddenly not able to build or open inventory

Summary

Since 41.00 I got several reports where players randomly are no longer able to build or open their inventory. I think it might be respawning players causing this but not sure.

I am confused at this reply. Did you read the bug report?

FORT-1114149 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.

I have just deep dove this and text chat seems to be causing this issue.
This is happening on all islands where building is enabled & text chat.

How to repro:

Queue in to island, in this case: 9854-1829-8735

before you get teleported to the fight , type anything in text chat

you will see that you are now unable to build / open inventory for the rest of the match, you MUST leave.

This is a code red bug, needs fixing immediately.

This bug applies to zero build modes as well. Not only is it possible to get your ability to open your inventory removed, you can also lose your ability to switch to your pickaxe.
