Players are having their saved data erased

Summary

Players log in and find that their stats, gold, and inventory are reset to zero. This has been happening for months. I don’t have a repro rate but 7 people complained it happened to them this week.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Play Dead City 8158-4113-6425
  2. Earn some coins, buy or loot a gun
  3. Log out and come back.
    (It’s not 100%, so don’t know what the tigger is. Several people reported that they were in sorties when it happened)

Expected Result

That player data is saved between sessions.

Observed Result

Sometimes player’s data is wiped.
