Player Support For Sanctions

Summary

Player support does not have the tools to help with Sanctions. I have reached out multiple times explaining that the portal will not let me submit a sanction since one was already submitted but they keep saying to use the portal. I am hoping someone can help me correct this sanction since it is due to a bug and was nothing I did wrong. At the time the bug was not confirmed, but now the bug is confirmed so should be easy to see this was not my fault that an incorrect rocket racing background was added to my map.

Try to reach out to support to get in touch with Sanctions when the portal does not work

Expected Result

They would help forward the message or provide an alternate to correct the issue on my account.

Observed Result

They send you to the portal anyway even though the portal does not work.

As I mentioned the portal does not work and that is where the link leads to.

It works if you log in using the owner acc

As I mentioned this does not work because a appeal was already submitted and you can only submit one. But this is now confirmed as a bug and not my fault that the lobby background was added so I need another way to contact them.
