Player Spawners Break when placed too far from level origin

Summary

When a player spawner device is approximately 15000.0 UU or more away from the origin point of the level (X=0.0,Y=0.0,Z=0.0), it will randomly break locomotion settings on some rounds. This does not occur every round, and may fix itself on the next round. But on rounds that it occurs, it completely breaks player movement causing the game to be unplayable.

As you move further from origin, the bug will happen more consistently on more rounds. For example, if you place a player spawner 17500.0 UU away from origin on any axis, it will happen nearly every round. The closer you move it to origin, the less frequently it happens.

See in the attached example video, on one round, there is no option to redeploy glider because this setting is toggled off in island settings. On the next round, this option becomes available but in a glitched state, and if you accidentally press jump while in the air, it completely bugs player movement until they respawn. The most obvious side effect is locomotion settings being overridden, but it may be more island settings than just these that are breaking.

For example, in this island: 5263-9200-9917, player parkour movements (Side kick, roll landing, wall scramble, hurdle) are disabled. But when the bug occurs, it enables all of these movement settings, completely breaking the island for that round, leaving many players frustrated and leaving. Another note about this specific island, the bug will frequently occur on the 11th round. It CAN happen before or after this round, but this has consistently been the round where it breaks in many instances.
