  1. place player movement deivce
  2. adjust the reload speed and/or shooting speed setting
  3. add weapon to your inventory
  4. start game or play preview and shoot/reload

Expected Result

player should reload faster or slower
player should shoot faster or slower

Observed Result

nothing changes

Yes, the same here.
I have placed the player movement device and set up reload speed to 50%
Added a trigger to add the triggering player on triggered
Started a game with a pistol in hand.
Reload speed was 1.7 seconds.
Triggered the trigger (added my player to the device)
Reload speed has not changed, 1.7 seconds (should have been 0.85s)
The same results with the rate of fire and combinations.

Maybe, I am just missing something trivial in setting up the device?
