Player Movement Device not working after player elimination.

Summary

Im using a Player Movement Device to change things like the jump height and friction etc. But as soon as the player dies once, it no longer works. I’ve tried different things to link it up with a class or enable when players spawn, but nothing works.
Additionally I have a strange bug that my End Game button disappears too.

I did test this out in another map and didn’t have the issue, so I’m wondering how I can figure out what is breaking it in my main map.

EDIT:
I recreated the BUG by deleting the Player Movement Device, creating a new one with the same settings. Then as soon as I change the Island’s Gravity from Normal to High, then start up the game and die once. Then the Player Movement Device stops working correctly.

  • Add player movement device to player
  • Change island gravity to HIGH
  • Start game
  • Die at least once
  • See if the Player Movement Device still applies changes made.

Expected Result

That the Player Movement Device still works, even if the players die.

Observed Result

The Player Movement Device stops applying to my players character.
