Player is being treated as the server and client character

Hey all,
I’ve run into some issues on a project I’m working. So to start, I’m running my project on a listen server and wanted to know is this normal?

When I run the game and go to do damage this is what I get:


I did my attacking from the server side which is the right image and the client side takes the damage but it is being applied to both characters. So I was wondering if that has anything to do with the first image. If code is needed to help in solving this just let me know what you want to see.
