Player Counter Not transmitting signal on count failed

The player counter works fine when transmitting signals for count succeeded, but when count failed it will not send out any signal

Steps to Reproduce

Place a player counter, and have it set to trigger anything when count failed and have it trigger something when succeeded to compare.

Expected Result

The Signal from the count failed should sent a transmission to whatever device it is hooked up to.

Observed Result

No signal is sent.
