Summary
Joining a game leads to be stuck in a frozen screen. My guess is that it only applies to game allowing join in progress since it only happened on my map since I allowed it. I call it 999 ? hp bug because when you have the bug you will have 999 ? hp/shield so it’s easy to remember.

Steps to Reproduce
Join any map that has several lobbies currently running and that allows join in progress.
Trying 10 times should generate one instance of the issue, but this may vary depending on the game.
In my experience it happended 1/3 times on my map.
Expected Result
After joining the game the player can wait for a player to join.
(If a player join a game with 1 player and the player in the game leave at the same time, the joining player should either be able to join and be alone or join another lobby until there is one with players not leaving at the same time that he joins)
Observed Result
After joining the game the player is stuck in a frozen state with 999 ? hp/shield and has no choice but to leave.

Additional Notes
This bugs has been present since the beggining of creative. Others maps like the 1v1 map of raider464 (1832-0431-4852) also had this issue the last time I played.
