Additional Notes

In the attached screenshot, you can see I am using a skin (shown in the top left corner using the new API to get images of skins and displayed in the UI using that information)

So the skin is correctly applied. The skin I am shown to wear is the default no skin.
The player in front of me is wearing a no skin but has a weird holo overlay indicating something is loading but the skin never loads and he has that holo overlay the whole game

This happens very regularly on LEGO UEFN islands. Not sure if this is also happening on regular UEFN islands but it might be.

Also sometimes when i load into the game the skin is correctly loaded and other skins as well so it is definietly a issues that sometimes for some reason happens while other times it works correctly.

My guess is it has probably something todo with lazy loading / streaming the assets in and that somehow breaking

This happens in regular uefn maps as well, sometimes you load with default skin instead of the correct one and also sometimes you respawn with the default skin(even if you joined the map with the correct skin)
