Planar reflections - ignore list?

I really need to improve performance on planar reflections and focus them on what i need.
Is it possible to make a BP in which the planar reflections ignore the entire Folliage?
I woul also like to make them ignore the directional dynamic/stationary lights.

this thread mentions some BP’s. But they don’t detail it.

There’s a way to do it in 4.12, but it’s difficult to use.

In 4.13, there’s an Ignore list, which is very simple to use.
