Placing character definitions fails to place character definitions

Summary

Placing a character definition from the content drawer places the NPC, but their NPC character definition is absent. This is obviously a wrong design; an NPC char def, placed, lacking a char def is extremely goofy. Fixing this would save abjectly wasted user time.

Steps to Reproduce

Create char def. Drag and drop char def NPC from content drawer into level.

Observed Result

Placed char def NPC fails to have a character definition, wasting users time having to go back and clean up the editor’s work, doing what it should have done.

Discussion (Broader)
It’s a minor bug but when every other thing in UEFN either has a bug or is programmed completely wrong or is itself a bug, the stuff adds up. Please stop wasting our time. <3 The present state of the editor is such that it offers more time waste than it does offer productivity, and by a vast margin, due to things not working correctly and not being documented, and failure to correctly optimize performance in programming (most the things it takes 30 sec to 5 min to do–eg to click anywhere–are plainly, abjectly, indefensibly ignorant). I’d prefer y’all give some attention to learning how to program copy/paste or anything to do with transform correctly first, which y’all have neglected to do for years, but…
