Summary
The Pizza Party item slides on the player builds. It happens 100% when thrown on the cone, and sometimes it happens when thrown on a ramp. See video. When I tested the item in Ranked reload and threw it on a cone it did not slide like it is supposed to, it stayed on the cone.
