Pixelated textures on islands when using NS2, even though the post-processing volumes are disabled

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Fortnite with Nintendo Switch 2
  2. Play any available island
  3. Notice how in various parts of the island, there are pixelated textures that affect the experience of the player

Expected Result

There are not visual egregious pixelated textures when playing

Observed Result

Various textures on the island are pixelated

It’s important to note that this doesn’t only happen on custom assets. The fortnite vehicles are showing the same issue:
