Pixelated textures in a few meshes

Does anyone know why this happens on the chairs?

I have tried bumping the UV map resolution and the texture resolution and it doesn’t change anything.
I have also tried building in Production level and exactly the same happens.

Looks like the lightmap UV’s are overlapping.

I’m quite new to Unreal learned a few things already but I haven’t learned how to make the UV maps myself. In the morning I will check it and reply to you.

Thats a bigger problem than the textures…

Thank you! After creating new UV maps, it isn’t perfect but it solved the issue.
