Pixelated Stepping error when groom binding

I have a problem with Unreal groom while binding asset
the hair was made in xgen and imported following this video: Hair at a Strand Level | Grooming your creations in Unreal Engine - YouTube

so this is how it is before I bind

and it seems to fade out along the length of hair strands.

Has this Groom been exported from Blender? If so, I found decreasing the B-spline resolution in the ‘Render’ tab of the hair system helps.
