Summary
When I launch PIE for testing my game, My PC has started to hard crash to a black screen when I maximize the window.
My PC Specs:
Intel Core Ultra 9 285K
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5090
Asus ProArt Z890-CreatorWIFI
64Gb DDR5
be quiet! Dark Power 13 1600W
Windows 11 Pro
Nvidia GPU Driver 610.62
Both UE 5.7.4 and 5.8 ( Works on 5.6 )
All Drivers Up to Date.
Ran stress tests without errors using OCCT ( 3D Tests including switch)
System fps limited to 60fps
Standalone Does not crash only selected viewport maximized and PIE maximized.
I originally thought it to be monitor related or HDR related but even reverting everything to the simplest i could, it still crashes.
Empty projects crash as well as my game.
No logs get generated due to the hard crash.
System doesnt even report the nature of the shutdown when I check Event Logs.
I have tried disabling hardware acceleration and a few others I am now forgetting.
Reinstalling also does not fix this.
