Physics Tree and Physics Boulder only spawn in Round 1 of any Match -- they don't spawn in round 2 or 3

Summary

This behavior was first noticed in 28.xx, continued through 29.xx, but I’ve just now had time to focus on it.

Physics Tree objects and Physics Boulder objects, and their bases, do NOT spawn in any round other than round 1.
Physics Tree settings:

  • Indestructible Tree = false
  • Indestructible Stump = false
  • Leave Stump = true
  • Indestructible Stump = true
  • Destroy when disabled = false
  • Tree respawns on timer = true, time = 60.0 (have tried with & without this set, doesn’t fix it)
  • Spawn when enabled = true
  • Release Log = tied to an On Interact event

Physics Boulder settings:

  • Indestructible Balanced Boulder = false
  • Indestructible Rolling Boulder = false
  • Leave Base = true
  • Indestructible Base = true
  • Destroy when Disabled = false
  • Balanced Boulder Respawns on Timer = true; Time = 180.0 (but I’ve tried both settings, and neither fixes it)
  • Base Required for Timed Respawn = true
  • Spawn when Enabled = true
  • Release Rolling Boulder is tied to an On Interact event.

In rounds 2 and 3, none of the above objects appear, or have otherwise spawned. It’s empty and passable where they all should be. (10 of each on the map)

Steps to Reproduce

Place Physics Trees with above settings.
Place Physics Boulders with above settings.
Set Island Settings:

  • 32 players, 2 Teams, Split Evenly, 3 Rounds
  • Auto Start = 30 seconds, 5 second countdown, Revert to Default Class at End of Round
  • Set a short round time limit to speed up testing.
  • Build Mode = Traps Only
  • Building Can destroy Environment = false
  • Environment damage = off
  • Pickaxe Destruction = none
  • Enable fire = true

Expected Result

Expected results is that the Physics Trees, their bases, the Physics Boulders, their bases, all appear in Rounds 1, 2, and 3.

Observed Result

Observed result is that in Rounds 2 and 3, none of the Physics Trees/Boulders/bases appear at all. Not at round start, not after timers, nothing.

Yeah, I noticed this ages ago.

Can’t quite remember but I think I got them to spawn by using the on round start event of a round setting device to spawn them in the following rounds. Decided to use only 1 round on that map because prop manipulators fail after round 1, regardless of enabling by round start.
